Terms of Service

Effective May 20, 2026. These terms govern your use of the websites and SaaS products operated by Pythowner LLC.

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between Pythowner LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with a mailing address at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“Pythowner”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“you”, the “User”).

Pythowner operates a portfolio of software-as-a-service products, including but not limited to Reportly ( reportly.pythowner.com) and Medcafe( www.medcafe.app) (each, a “Service” and collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

We provide cloud-based software tools that you may access through our websites and applications. Features, pricing, availability, and underlying technology may change over time. We may also add or remove Services from our portfolio.

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity;
  • Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Services;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services except as expressly permitted in writing.

4. Subscriptions, fees, and refunds

Some Services are offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing is published on each Service's website. Payments and order processing on this website are handled by a third-party payment processor, which is responsible for billing, payment processing, refund administration, and the collection and remittance of applicable taxes.

Pythowner LLC offers a 14-day refund policy on all purchases made through our website and applications. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date by contacting us at support@pythowner.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by you from your account settings. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will stop future billing cycles.
  • Refunds for the most recent billing cycle are available within the 14-day window described above.
  • We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Services (“Your Content”). You grant Pythowner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including the underlying software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Pythowner LLC and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties including, without limitation, third-party payment processors (billing and payment processing), Vercel and other hosting providers, and various analytics, email, and AI providers. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PYTHOWNER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PYTHOWNER LLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PYTHOWNER FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

IN NO EVENT WILL PYTHOWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pythowner LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, notify active users by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
